Older paintings, drawings and prints
I make paintings and drawings, and also use some simple printing techniques. In some of this image making I sew paper and use collage. More and more, the boundaries between these media become blurred and I now often use all of them when makingĀ one picture.
These days I mainly use this work as the source of my participatory practice, but I used to show it quite frequently as well. I have had solo exhibitions at the University of the West of England in Bristol, the Octagon Visual Arts Centre in Thornbury, the Victoria Art Gallery in Bath, Islington Town Hall in London, and Prema Arts Centre in Uley. I have also exhibited in group shows at the Visual Arts Centre in Scunthorpe, the Pierian Centre in Bristol, Grant Bradley Gallery in Bristol, the University of Wales in Newport and the Holburne Museum of Art in Bath.
